 £40k - £55k base + commission

This is a newly created role for an Account Manager to take ownership of post-sale client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and growth. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for lenders using this firms cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Their platform is designed to make sense of that complexity, enabling better decisions and faster outcomes for lenders, brokers, and their customers. With a track record of delivery in mortgages, motor finance, and SME lending, and a leadership team with over 50 years’ experience in disruptive technology, the firm is scaling into its next growth phase.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage client relationships across mortgage, motor, and SME lending
  • Support onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work with product and sales teams to deliver value and impact

What we’re looking for:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or post-sale roles
  • SaaS or fintech background preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders

This is a client-facing role with real scope – you’ll be managing strategic relationships and playing a key part in the company’s scale-up story.
