What you’ll do:
- Manage client relationships across mortgage, motor, and SME lending
- Support onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work with product and sales teams to deliver value and impact
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or post-sale roles
- SaaS or fintech background preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
