Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus

We’re partnered with a high-growth RegTech firm to find an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success professional to join their London team.
If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, driving adoption, and helping financial institutions get the most value from cutting-edge technology, this role could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients.
  • Drive customer engagement and product adoption, ensuring clients achieve their compliance and surveillance objectives.
  • Renewals and growth – work closely with clients to identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What they’re looking for
  • 8+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management, ideally within RegTech, FinTech, or compliance tech.
  • Experience working with banks, asset managers, or trading firms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable with senior-level conversations.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering client value.
