What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients.
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption, ensuring clients achieve their compliance and surveillance objectives.
- Renewals and growth – work closely with clients to identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- 8+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management, ideally within RegTech, FinTech, or compliance tech.
- Experience working with banks, asset managers, or trading firms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable with senior-level conversations.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering client value.
