Account Manager (APAC)
RegTech – Capital Markets
Remote – ideally based in Singapore or Hong Kong
This is an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to look after a growing portfolio of institutional clients across the APAC region. The role sits within a leading trade surveillance and compliance tech business, supporting banks, brokers, trading firms and market venues operating in complex, high-volume markets.
You’ll be responsible for managing renewals, driving revenue growth, and strengthening stakeholder relationships across your accounts. This is a strategic role requiring someone comfortable navigating sophisticated client environments and internal cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Owning a defined book of business and building account plans to support long-term growth

Running regular client touch points and business reviews

Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with regional teams

Acting as a commercial escalation point and resolving challenges in collaboration with product and support

Gathering feedback and advocating for client needs internally
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 8 years in account management or sales in capital markets

A track record of managing complex institutional clients and growing revenue

Strong relationship-building and communication skills at all levels

Experience working with banks, brokerages, exchanges or fintech vendors

A commercial mindset with the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day problem solving

Regional presence in, or access to key financial hubs in APAC such as Singapore or Hong Kong
