Application Support Development - London - Hybrid role - £90,000
Harrington Starr have just partnered with a leading Buy-side firm who have an exciting new opportunity for a new Application Support Analyst to join the company.
They are looking for a support professional with good business and technical knowledge to immerse themselves into a new role and someone who has excellent communication skills as well as hands on development experience.
This position will be very hands on and will require exposure to some essential tools and a high level of financial knowledge.
- Experience with MSSQL, Oracle or Sybase database environments is absolutely essential.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle and exposure to multiple asset classes.
- Knowledge of a buy side order management system (preferably Charles River experience)
- Exposure to UNIX/LINUX environment.
- Python exposure is a must.
- C++ is highly sought after.
