Harrington Starr has partnered with a leading global FinTech seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join their London team. You’ll lead a small, high-performing engineering group building cloud-native enterprise software used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–5 engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
- Champion engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
