? Contract £600–£700 per day | Inside IR35
? Canary Wharf – Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week)
? 6-month initial contract (extensions expected)
You’ll be joining a leading Investment Bank, managing the delivery of a Capital Markets project focused on the rollout of a Book Building System within the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) division.
This is a hands-on technical project management role – driving delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across front, middle, and back-office teams. You’ll work closely with Technology, Trading, and Capital Markets functions to ensure a seamless deployment of the new platform.
What you’ll be doing in the job:

Leading the delivery of a Book Building System project within the Capital Markets business

Coordinating between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure milestones and integration points are met

Overseeing system deployment, testing, and production rollout in a regulated banking environment

Managing project governance, RAID logs, budgets, and reporting to senior stakeholders

Ensuring alignment with existing capital markets workflows and infrastructure
What experience you need to be successful:

Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager within Investment Banking or Capital Markets

Extensive knowledge of Capital Markets, particularly Debt or Credit products

Hands-on experience deploying or overseeing Book Building Systems (mandatory)

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, front-to-back system integration, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to liaise across Technology, Trading, and Operations

Familiar with Agile delivery, vendor coordination, and global project governance structures
