Harrington Starr have partnered with a global financial services business based in London (city) to help identify an Operational/ Business Resilience Analyst
This new role has a huge amount of potential for the right candidate, and will form part of a small but specialist team
Key accountabilities will include:
- Work with business stakeholders to confirm business continuity plans are fit for purpose and published
- Risk identification and tracking of remediation.
- Ensure local resilience stakeholders are aware of obligations and supported.
- Coordinate and report on the Operational Resilience deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Horizon scanning for new continuity threats to the organisation.
- Support Due Diligence responses and client queries relating to the organisation’s resilience.
- Working across all business units - technology, finance, risk etc to champion business and operational resilience
- User awareness training
In order to be suitable, you will need:
- 2 years+ in a similar business/ operational resilience role
- Demonstrable business facing experience
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 frameworks
- Financial experience preferred
The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office required.
