We’re working with a next-generation decentralised finance (DeFi) business who are building institutional-grade investment solutions on one of the fastest-growing blockchain ecosystems - reimagining digital asset infrastructure through innovative stablecoin products and institutional staking services.
They’re backed by a well-funded parent company, and as growth accelerates, they require a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to define and lead the brand, go-to-market, and communications strategy.

The Role
The CMO will drive the strategic marketing agenda, leading all aspects of brand development, market positioning, and customer engagement. You will play a pivotal role in scaling adoption of new digital asset products across institutional and crypto-native audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that builds brand recognition and supports commercial growth.
  • Product Marketing & Positioning: Lead the go-to-market planning and messaging for stablecoin and staking offerings.
  • Brand & Content Leadership: Define and amplify the firm’s positioning in the institutional DeFi ecosystem through high-impact content and campaigns.
  • Community & Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with institutional investors, ecosystem partners, and blockchain communities.
  • Media & Thought Leadership: Serve as a public-facing brand voice across press, panels, and industry events.
  • Analytics & Performance: Drive a metrics-led culture across campaigns and communications.
About You
  • Experienced CMO or senior marketing leader in DeFi, Web3, fintech, or institutional digital asset management.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, particularly those enabling scalable DeFi infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing digital financial products.
  • Expertise in brand development, digital strategy, and growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with both institutional and crypto-native audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
