Key Responsibilities:

Support client onboarding and FIX connectivity.

Monitor live trading and system performance.

Ensure compliance with MiFID II and trade reporting.

Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Key Requirements:

3+ years in trading operations or client support at a venue or trading firm.

Solid knowledge of equities/FX markets and FIX protocol.

Strong problem-solving skills and communication.

Experience with SQL or Python a plus.
