This is a fintech firm operating in the payments and wealth management sectors, focussing specifically on the UHNWI’s and luxury end of the market.

This role is reporting into the Customer Support Lead and responsible for creating and overseeing the inbound customer support function. 

You will work with customer experience teams, concierge, and PA’s to ensure a seamless and positive experience when interacting with the products.

This function is currently incorporated by other teams and s the business has grown, now requires a dedicated resource. 

You will be responsible for helping to create the customer support structure - everything from scripts to creating and monitoring SLAs for issue resolutions via chat, email etc.
