£90,000 - £120,000 + commission + stock options

This is a well-funded, high-growth capital markets trading platform backed by some of the world’s Largest banks. The product is already used by 150 buy-side firms managing $40 trillion with a heavy US focus - they now need someone to manage and grow their presence across EMEA.

The EMEA Head of Sales role is strategic thinking senior IC, skilled in relationship management with a hunter mentality.

You’ll be working with key decision-makers across the EMEA buy side, identifying new revenue, cross-selling, and influencing product direction based on client needs.

This is a high-profile role requiring product feedback loops, and a global relationship strategy.

They’re looking for:
 
  • 5+ years in strategic sales in SaaS and/or FinTech into financial markets
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, and ideally equity capital markets
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders across trading, sales, tech and operations
  • Comfortable navigating CRM, data tools, and revenue forecasts without losing the human touch
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ll have a voice in how things grow and evolve
