Up to £150,000 + commission

This is a well-funded, high-growth capital markets trading platform backed by some of the world’s Largest banks. The product is already used by 150 buy-side firms managing $40 trillion with a heavy US focus - they now need someone to manage and grow their most strategic sellside relationships.

The EMEA Sales Director role is strategic thinking senior IC, skilled in relationship management, and revenue growth from a book of high-value clients (some of whom are investors in the business).

You’ll be working with key decision-makers across global investment banks, identifying new revenue, cross-selling, and influencing product direction based on client needs.

This is a high-profile role requiring product feedback loops, and a global relationship strategy.

They’re looking for:
 
  • 10+ years in account management, customer success or strategic sales in SaaS or FinTech
  • Strong understanding of investment banks, capital markets, and ideally equity capital markets
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders across trading, sales, tech and operations
  • Great at spotting commercial white space and building strategic account plans
  • Comfortable navigating CRM, data tools, and revenue forecasts without losing the human touch
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ll have a voice in how things grow and evolve
