Engineering Director
A start-up Fintech Payments firm is looking to recruit a Head of Engineering to the growing team in London.
The firm is VC backed and currently in stealth mode, they require a senior Engineering Manager to head up their back-end technology function. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the Payment Gateway, Settlement, Transaction Fraud Monitoring, Datalake Service and the Core Banking System. You will oversee their deployment, development, enhancements and production operations.
You would likely come from a similar start up organisation and played a part in regulated business’/exposure to the FCA.

Requirements for the role:
- Strong leadership experience
- Engineering background
- Experiences in payment domains
- Knowledge of AWS Technologies (e.g. ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Aurora, SQS, SNS, VPC, Private Link, etc.)
- FCA/regulated business experience
