A well-backed crypto venture is looking for a proven closer to lead sales and TVL growth across its institutional-grade DeFi product suite.

This is for someone who knows how to structure deals that drive capital inflow. You’ll be selling into DAOs, crypto funds, on-chain treasuries, wallets, and high-volume trading partners.

You need to have strong relationships across the DeFi ecosystem and understand what makes capital move on-chain.

You’ll own:
  • End-to-end deal flow across funds, treasuries, wallets, and aggregators
  • TVL growth for stablecoin and yield-bearing products
  • Relationship management with liquidity partners and retail platforms
  • Structuring co-marketing, incentive, and integration partnerships
  • Input into product roadmap and partner-facing feature sets
  • Representing the business at major events, forums, and ecosystem summits

You’ll bring:
  • Track record of closing meaningful TVL-driving DeFi partnerships
  • Deep understanding of how capital flows through crypto (not just theory)
  • Experience working with DAOs, on-chain treasuries, crypto-native institutions
  • Network across both institutional and high-volume retail ecosystems
  • Comfortable negotiating, executing and reporting on growth strategies

It would be great if you have:
  • Solana ecosystem exposure or experience with other high-performance L1s
  • Background at a top protocol, fund, or DeFi product
  • Familiarity with the regulatory side of on-chain treasury partnerships
