Service Operations Manager / Head of Service Delivery – Central London – ITIL, Service Management, People Management, SLAs - £100,000 - £110,000

A leading MSP supporting the financial sector is currently looking to hire a talented Service Operations Manager / Head of Service Delivery to join their established team in London. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the service delivery team achieves and delivers all performance metrics and adheres to SLAs.

Daily responsibilities of the Service Operations Manager / Head of Service Delivery will include: maintaining daily, weekly and monthly work plans and ensuring that goals are achieved and improvements made, people management and conducting appraisals and dealing with inbound client support calls and high profile clients.
To be considered for the Service Operations Manager / Head of Service Delivery role you will require the following skill-set:
  • ITIL
  • SLAs / KPIs
  • People Management
  • MSP industry experience
  • Excellent Communication
