Implementation Consultant – East Coast
We are searching for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join a high-performing team, supporting clients across the financial services and FinTech space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering tailored solutions to clients. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to bridge the gap between business challenges and technology-driven outcomes.
You’ll bring deep experience in financial services, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently. This role involves everything from gathering requirements to configuration, testing, and rollout.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects and assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Work directly with clients to understand their operations, objectives, and system needs, translating these into actionable implementation plans.

Configure, test, and deploy financial software solutions in line with best practices.

Troubleshoot complex issues, providing solutions independently or through collaboration with peers and clients.

Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Support documentation efforts, including test cases, user acceptance criteria, and internal knowledge sharing.

Stay informed on industry regulations and client compliance requirements.

Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members when needed.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or solution delivery, preferably within financial services or FinTech.

Strong understanding of financial markets, trade data, and the regulatory landscape (e.g., SEC, ESMA, FCA, BaFin).

Experience deploying enterprise financial software and working with data governance tools.

Familiarity with shareholder disclosure, beneficial ownership, or related compliance areas is a big plus.

Solid technical troubleshooting abilities; comfort working with platforms like JIRA, Zendesk, or Monday.com.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Self-starter who can manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
