Harrington Starr have just partnered with a leading International Bank who have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Service Management Lead to join their enivronment.

This position will be very hands on and will require exposure to some essential tools and excellent communication:

- This role is responsible for the internal/external IT service relationships and integration management within the overall IT Service Delivery model. 
- The ideal person will have great experience with ITSM processes. 
- Good exposure to negotiating SLA's with different stakeholders.
