Technical Support Engineer
 

We at Harrington Starr have got a new Technical Support Engineer role. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, desktop support and IT support activities. This role requires you to have Trade floor or financial services experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Jira service management activities
  • Morning and evening system checks as per company procedures
  • Microsoft & Windows-based system support
  • Being on hand for Hardware support as a matter of urgency

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' of technical support experience
  • Financial services experience
