Technical Support Engineer
We at Harrington Starr have got a new Technical Support Engineer role. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, desktop support and IT support activities. This role requires you to have Trade floor or financial services experience.
Responsibilities
- Jira service management activities
- Morning and evening system checks as per company procedures
- Microsoft & Windows-based system support
- Being on hand for Hardware support as a matter of urgency
Qualifications
- 4+ years' of technical support experience
- Financial services experience
