? You'll be working for a global Investment Bank
We’re looking for a Payments Technical Support Analyst to join a high-performing IT team supporting a major investment bank’s payments platform. You’ll be the technical glue between QA, Development, and Infrastructure — keeping the wheels turning in a complex, fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting non-production/test environments for core payment systems
-
Managing deployments, environment readiness and technical troubleshooting

Working closely with vendors and internal teams on SWIFT, SEPA, and TARGET2
-
Participating in project meetings and helping drive delivery from a technical support perspective

Maintaining documentation and tracking issues via JIRA & Confluence
What you’ll need:
-
A strong understanding of SWIFT messaging (ISO20022) and payment flows
-
Experience supporting payments platforms in a banking or financial services setting
-
Exposure to tools like IBM MQ/WebSphere, Oracle DB, UrbanCode, eG
-
A calm, organised approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-
Previous experience supporting compliance workflows (fraud, sanctions, AML) is a big plus
