This a newly created role for a Sales Lead to drive growth in motor finance and SME lending. This is a high-energy, hands-on position for someone who thrives on building pipeline and closing deals in less structured environments.

What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of sales across motor and SME finance markets
- Develop new relationships with lenders, brokers, and partners
- Open doors, generate demand, and close complex sales cycles
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape go-to-market
What they’re looking for:
- 5–7 years’ experience in alternative lending, SME finance, or motor loans
- Background in fintechs, smaller lenders, or brokers (not legacy banks)
- Sales DNA: hungry, structured, and outcomes-focused
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by a growth-stage journey
