Upto £120,000 + commission + benefits
A growing RegTech business is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their high-performing team. This isn’t a role for someone chasing the next big title – it’s for someone who knows their value, enjoys being hands-on, and delivers consistently without needing oversight.
You’ll be joining a trusted name in the compliance space, used by some of the world’s biggest financial firms. The company is scaling sustainably and needs someone calm, confident, and commercially smart to help drive revenue without the drama.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and converting a quality pipeline across new and existing clients
- Forecasting accurately and maintaining good reporting hygiene (HubSpot CRM)
- Mapping value to client needs through informed, consultative conversations
- Working closely with the CRO and broader team to shape commercial strategy
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of market and regulatory trends
You’ll need to bring:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech
- A methodical, independent approach – you get things done without fanfare
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- The judgement to know when to push and when to pause
- Comfort with CRM and sales reporting tools (HubSpot experience helpful)
