This is a rapidly scaling, tech-driven FX liquidity provider that’s already made a major impact across Latin America.
They have built market-leading white-label NDF technology that’s already embedded in local banks across Chile, Colombia, Brazil and Peru, connecting them with global asset managers via onshore pricing. Their USP is providing onshore liquidity in an NDF format that’s giving them an undeniable pricing advantage. Expansion into Korea and India is already underway.
The London business has grown fast since receiving its FCA license 18 months ago. The office is currently near Finsbury Square and moving to a 10,000 sq ft space by the end of the year. Growth plans are serious.
The role:
They’re looking for an experienced voice broker or senior FX salesperson who knows the LatAm and Korean NDF space — not just in theory, but in relationships. If you already know who trades these products at tier 1–3 banks and can pick up the phone to speak with them directly (not just procurement or ops), this is for you.
You’ll be building on momentum that’s already converting in Europe. Being London-based is essential - relationship-building in person is part of the culture here.
Comp & structure:
You choose how you want to earn:
• High base, lower % of revenue
• Low draw, high % (most common route)
• Top NYC salesperson earned $700k this year on the high % model
• Base salary up to £200k depending on structure
