The role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo/POC, commercial negotiation, close.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across the UK & Europe; land and expand within existing marquee clients.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to shape use-cases and accelerate adoption.
- Lead RFPs/RFIs with crisp value narratives; handle InfoSec/procurement confidently.
- Forecast accurately, report on KPIs, and refine territory plans to hit and exceed targets.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
You’ll bring
- 7+ years’ enterprise sales in fintech/SaaS—ideally market data, trading tech, or analytics sold to buy- and sell-side.
- Strong grasp of capital markets workflows (derivatives, FICC, trading/surveillance, data integration).
- Track record of closing multi-stakeholder, six-figure+ deals and expanding complex accounts.
- Methodical approach (e.g. MEDDICC), excellent stakeholder management, and crisp commercial storytelling.
- Hands-on, scale-up mindset—comfortable building your own pipeline as well as working warm opportunities.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot) and tight, numbers-driven forecasting.
