Solace Messaging Administrator – London – Hybrid Role – £140,000 - £150,000
Harrington Starr is working with a leading financial firm seeking a Solace Messaging Administrator to manage and support its Solace PubSub+ infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
You’ll ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise messaging systems, while supporting production, monitoring performance, and collaborating with dev and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer Solace PubSub+ brokers across environments

Provide production support and incident resolution

Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana

Optimize WAN messaging performance and reliability
Required Skills:
-
3+ years with Solace PubSub+ in enterprise environments

Strong production support and troubleshooting skills

Experience with WAN messaging, Prometheus, Grafana

Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python), Linux/Unix proficiency

Excellent communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, or MQ

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
