Harrington Starr has partnered with a global Investment Bank, seeking to hire a Director level Engineer with extensive .NET development experience within investment banking. This person must be confident translating complex business needs into functional solutions and be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of software solutions across trading technology systems, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Build and maintain the regional technology roadmap, consolidating systems into a consistent, scalable stack.
- Manage a team of developers, fostering high performance, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Oversee vendor relationships, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Drive agile software development, system integration, and adoption of modern technologies, including cloud solutions.
