- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with FIX protocol and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of business and technical analysis, quality assurance, and delivery management.
