Virtual Desktop Engineer | Investment Bank | £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (Hybrid)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Desktop Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Support team at our Investment Banking client in London who we have a long-standing history with.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3days in the office in Central London.
You will have the chance to be at the forefront of a team responsible for the cutting-edge transformation of their technology environment. Helping to contribute to the design and delivery across all Virtual Services, as well as collaborating closely with various internal and external technology and business teams.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop SOE Design, SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policies, Application Packaging, and deployments is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with DaaS platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS Workspaces, etc. is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with designing, deploying, and maintaining remote access systems for virtual desktops and applications.
- Knowledge of public cloud or on-premise virtualization technologies and related infrastructure specific to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Experience in deploying and managing Virtual Desktop and Application presentation platforms, whether on premise or in the public cloud.
