The Role
You’ll join the EMEA sales team as a VP Sales focused on winning new buy-side clients – previous experience of this is essential.
The remit covers multi-asset trading across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, selling EMS/OEMS solutions with typically a 12–24-month enterprise sales cycles.

You’ll join the EMEA sales team as a VP Sales focused on winning new buy-side clients – previous experience of this is essential.
The remit covers multi-asset trading across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, selling EMS/OEMS solutions with typically a 12–24-month enterprise sales cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business across the buy-side, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value recurring revenue deals.
 - Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at hedge funds, asset managers, and tier-one institutions.
 - Lead product demos and workshops showcasing advanced EMS/OEMS capabilities.
 - Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales engineering to shape solutions around client workflows.
 - Represent the business at key industry events, acting as a visible subject matter expert in multi-asset trading technology.
 
What They’re Looking For
- Proven track record selling EMS/OEMS solutions into the buy-side.
 - Deep understanding of buy-side workflows: execution strategies, liquidity sources, regulatory drivers.
 - A technical sales personality: credible, consultative, and commercially driven.
 - Hands-on, proactive approach
 
The Package
- £120,000–£140,000 base salary (experience dependent).
 - Commission: 8% of annual recurring revenue
 - Hybrid London working environment.
