Workspace Support Engineer - City of London - Microsoft Office, Windows 10, IPC, Citrix, MS Teams - £45,000-£55,000
An international banking corporation are looking to hire a Workspace Support Engineer (Microsoft Office, Windows 10, IPC, Citrix, MS Teams) to deliver high level support to their London users.
You will be expected to manage a diverse set of activities whilst being willing to train, learn and develop your personal skillset along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Service ticket requests
- Resolve support either on desk or remotely for front and back office for trading floors
- Communicate frequently with customers
- 3rd level support for in depth fault analysis
Key skills:
- 3-4 years of desktop support experience
- Computer hardware knowledge
- Ticketing system knowledge
- Microsoft Windows
- Collaboration tools
- Citrix
