This Year's Awards Categories
The Top 1% Workplace Awards have been held annually since 2016, with new categories added each year to cover various aspects of workplace excellence. The rising number of applicants reflects the growing recognition and importance of these awards in the financial technology sector.

How the Process Works
A step-by-step guide of the process
Step 1: Apply/Nomination
Select one of the categories listed above and explain why you, or someone else, should be considered for nomination as a Top 1% Workplace in that particular category.
Step 2: Interview
We will contact you to schedule a 15-minute video interview. During this interview, you will be asked, "Why do you think you should win this award?" for your chosen category. The question will be provided in advance to allow ample preparation time.

Video Applications Close: 11th September
Step 3: Judges Review
Each of our judges is assigned to a specific category and will review all the video interviews submitted by the applicants. Based on these reviews, the judges will select the winners, highly commended and shortlisted for their category.
Step 4: Winners Announced
Once all our winners have been selected, we will contact you to inform you of the results. The winners will be officially announced on the release day of our magazine, The Financial Technologist: Top 1% Workplace Awards 2025.
