The Top 1% Workplace Awards 2024

The Top 1% Workplace Awards celebrate excellence in FinTech workplace environments, recognising companies that attract and retain top talent, driving performance and innovation.

Are you a bank, hedge fund, vendor, service provider, payment provider, asset manager, or start-up committed to creating an outstanding workplace?

This Year's Awards Categories

The Top 1% Workplace Awards have been held annually since 2016, with new categories added each year to cover various aspects of workplace excellence. The rising number of applicants reflects the growing recognition and importance of these awards in the financial technology sector.

Meet the Judges

A panel of distinguished judges, comprising industry leaders and experts, evaluates the entries to ensure an unbiased selection process. 

Each member of our exceptional judging panel brings a wealth of industry expertise and brilliance to the table, revealing to us all what it means to be a Top 1% Workplace.

Their insights and evaluations are essential in identifying companies that excel in creating outstanding work environments.

How the Process Works

A step-by-step guide of the process

Select one of the categories listed above and explain why you, or someone else, should be considered for nomination as a Top 1% Workplace in that particular category. 

We will contact you to schedule a 15-minute video interview. During this interview, you will be asked, "Why do you think you should win this award?" for your chosen category. The question will be provided in advance to allow ample preparation time.

  • Why would someone want to build their career at your company over another?


Video Applications Open: 1st August

Video Applications Close: 26th September

Each of our judges is assigned to a specific category and will review all the video interviews submitted by the applicants. Based on these reviews, the judges will select the winners, highly commended and shortlisted for their category.

Once all our winners have been selected, we will contact you to inform you of the results. The winners will be officially announced on the release day of our magazine, The Financial Technologist: Top 1% Workplace Awards 2024.

Winners will enjoy exclusive rewards, receive personalised promotional assets, and be showcased to our large industry audience. More information will be provided soon.
