Jonny works with a range of financial services firms, primarily within the buy side and sell side. On the buy side, that includes hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms. On the sell side, Jonny partners with investment banks and broker-dealers. His focus is on helping them hire top talent in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, and quantitative research, particularly roles that drive innovation in trading strategies, risk modelling, and data infrastructure.

Jonny is particularly interested in the fast-evolving landscape of artificial intelligence and how it’s reshaping industries from the rise of LLMs and GenAI to the growing importance of ethical AI and data governance. He enjoys staying close to developments in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and data infrastructure, as these areas are not only critical to scaling AI but also present some of the most exciting career opportunities in tech today. What excites him most is connecting talented individuals with roles where they can help build the future of intelligent systems.
