Our Software Engineering Recruitment Process

We take the requirements directly from the engineering manager or CTO, covering the stack, architecture, team structure, and the specific problem the hire needs to solve. This is also where we agree what "good" looks like for the role and where there's flexibility on seniority versus specific domain exposure.
