Lucia leads our UK Quantitative Finance desk covering London, mainland Europe & APAC regions, building high-calibre teams for some of the most dynamic players in the market. Her work spans three specialist areas: traditional finance, commodities, and sports predictive modelling, partnering with hedge funds, trading houses, market makers, investment managers, and sports syndicates. Lucia connects them with standout talent: from quant traders and researchers to developers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers. Many of the professionals she works with hold Master's or PhDs in Maths, Statistics, or STEM disciplines, and all bring the sharp analytical skills needed to thrive in data-driven, high-stakes environments.
