Nadia Edwards-Dashti

Nadia Co-Founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010; a leading Financial Technology recruitment firm. Having recruited in the financial services technology sector for 18+ years, Nadia has been responsible for helping 1000s of people find jobs. As Chief Customer Officer, she runs the Podcast Series,‘Fintech’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Discussions’— which includes the #WomenOfFinTech, #HumansOfFinTech, #FamilliesOfFinTech and #TalentOfFinTech chapters— to share the challenges and successes of those driving equitable change in the industry.

Nadia has written a book: ‘FinTech Women Walk the Talk: Moving the Needle for Workplace Gender Equality in Financial Services and Beyond’ and it quotes over 100 of her podcast interviewees. Her campaigns for gender equality include the award-winning “Talent Equity List” that gives companies continual visibility of female technologists looking for work.
