A high-growth, well-established fintech with a genuinely global reach is expanding its institutional sales function and looking to add a senior commercial salesperson to the London team.

You’ll be fronting conversations with hedge funds, family offices and brokers, shaping deals from first pitch through to onboarding and long-term relationship management.

You’ll be joining a well-backed, well-resourced platform with a growing footprint across multiple regions. Expect autonomy, visibility, and a clear mandate to win market share.

What you’ll be doing
  • Winning new institutional accounts across the hedge fund, broker and family office space.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitch through to onboarding and long-term client growth.
  • Working closely with product, trading and operations to deliver a first-class client experience.
  • Leading high-impact client meetings and representing the business at industry events.
  • Spotting ways to improve process, tighten controls and help the team operate at pace.
  • Growing wallet share by deepening relationships and pulling activity from competing brokers.

What you’ll bring
  • At least 5 years in institutional sales within prime brokerage, capital markets or a related trading solutions environment.
  • Confidence presenting complex financial offerings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong network, commercial maturity and a proven ability to originate and close.
  • Ambition to play a visible role in expanding a prime business across key regions.
  • Additional language skills a bonus.
