What you’ll be doing
- Winning new institutional accounts across the hedge fund, broker and family office space.
 - Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitch through to onboarding and long-term client growth.
 - Working closely with product, trading and operations to deliver a first-class client experience.
 - Leading high-impact client meetings and representing the business at industry events.
 - Spotting ways to improve process, tighten controls and help the team operate at pace.
 - Growing wallet share by deepening relationships and pulling activity from competing brokers.
 
What you’ll bring
- At least 5 years in institutional sales within prime brokerage, capital markets or a related trading solutions environment.
 - Confidence presenting complex financial offerings to senior stakeholders.
 - Strong network, commercial maturity and a proven ability to originate and close.
 - Ambition to play a visible role in expanding a prime business across key regions.
 - Additional language skills a bonus.
