This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on project delivery, builds robust project plans, and leads teams through Agile, technology-driven implementations.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end project delivery across medium to large-scale technology initiatives
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Lead Agile delivery, working closely with technical and functional teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across regions, time zones, and seniority levels
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high standard
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
- 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects
- Strong background in Agile / Scrum delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and client-facing engagements
- Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working with financial services or capital markets technology
