Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 base
OTE: Uncapped commission (target ~10% of deal revenue)

The business has already proven strong product-market fit in Asia, winning six-figure enterprise contracts with major financial institutions and now expanding into the European market. With strong traction, large deals already in pipeline and a highly technical founding team, they are now hiring a founding enterprise salesperson to build their presence across European financial services.

The Opportunity
You will be the first commercial hire in Europe, responsible for introducing a highly technical AI platform to banks and financial services organisations.
The role combines strategic enterprise sales with market creation. You will build relationships with senior technology leaders and drive adoption of a platform designed to solve complex infrastructure, data and operational challenges within financial institutions.
Typical contracts are substantial and strategic.

- Drive new enterprise revenue across Europe
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and senior engineering leaders within financial institutions
- Identify early design-partner customers and lighthouse accounts
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from origination through to contract
- Translate complex technical capability into commercial outcomes for clients
- Provide market feedback to the product and leadership teams
- Help shape the European GTM strategy as the business scales
